THE TEAM:

The AECG - Embedded Team builds and optimizes platforms for embedded and commercial applications, working across silicon, firmware, and software to deliver reliable, high‑performance solutions at scale.

THE ROLE: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Line Manager to lead the strategy, business, and product line ownership of our custom FPGA & Adaptive SoC products. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of cutting-edge solutions across diverse markets, including data center, communications, automotive, industrial, aerospace, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proven track record in product management, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

THE PERSON: We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual with strong technical and business acumen and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple cross-functional teams.

KEY REPSONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Strategy and Ownership:
  • Develop and execute a cohesive and actionable product line strategy for custom Adaptive SoC products.
  • New Product Introduction:
  • Manage all aspects of new product introduction, collaborating with internal stakeholders and interfacing directly with customers and sales teams worldwide.
  • Customer and Market Engagement:
  • Support Sales and Segment Marketing teams in custom Adaptive SoC opportunity pursuits
  • Present and demonstrate product capabilities, value propositions, and solutions to customers and field teams.
  • Be an advocate for customers insuring that technical and product issues are addressed in a timely, thorough, and professional manner to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Working with the lead customer(s) to set expectations on deliverables and schedule, and ensuring those projects are on track
  • Business Acumen
  • Demonstrate mastery of using data driven decision processes and balancing competing priorities to achieve business objectives
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Leverage a deep understanding of embedded processing systems, operating systems, and system requirements to guide product development and customer engagement.
  • Stay informed on advancements in machine learning, AI, and related technologies to inform product strategy
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategy and implementation. Play a strong leadership role in stewarding your products by asking the right questions, holding self and team accountable,

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong experience in FPGAs, ASICs, or product management within the semiconductor or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing new technologies or business models to market and driving adoption.
  • Strong customer empathy and experience in identifying customer needs and design practices.
  • Familiarity with , CPUs, GPUs, SoCs, ASICs and/or FPGAs is a plus
  • A passion for achieving challenging revenue, design win, and market share targets.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
  • A Master’s degree in a technical discipline or an MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
