GRC creates and maintains the overall risk management framework, performs independent risk management assessments, and monitors applicable risks.

GRC colleagues are passionate about supporting the Company's goals of growth and progress by fostering a culture of risk awareness and proactivity around regulatory matters. By partnering closely with business units across the enterprise, we help deliver maximum value to our shareholders and customers through effective risk management and oversight activities.

The Opportunity:

GRC's Enterprise Risk Management & Risk Oversight organization is seeking a Manager to support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing governance of the Enterprise Change Risk Management Policy and associated governance programs. The role will provide dedicated capacity across Change Risk Management, New Products Governance, Project Governance, and related initiatives, while serving as a flexible, consulting-style resource for strategic priorities led by the VP, Change Risk Management & Strategic Initiatives.

This role combines risk management, governance, program execution, communications, stakeholder engagement, change enablement, and knowledge management. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can translate complex governance requirements into practical solutions and help build sustainable infrastructure that supports consistent execution across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support the continued implementation, sustainment, and enhancement of the Enterprise Change Risk Management Policy, translating governance requirements into scalable and practical processes.
  • Coordinate policy and standards lifecycle activities across the Change Risk Management, New Products Governance, and Project Governance Policies, and related governance initiatives.
  • Help develop, maintain, and enhance policies, standards, guidance, playbooks, procedures, templates, and governance artifacts that promote clear and consistent execution of program requirements.
  • Serve as a flexible, consulting-style risk management resource to the VP, Change Risk Management & Strategic Initiatives, providing execution support for strategic priorities, emerging regulatory expectations, governance enhancements, and cross-program initiatives.
  • Lead or support special projects requiring structured problem-solving, research, analysis, program management, stakeholder coordination, and decision-ready recommendations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed Change Risk Management and New Products Governance requirements into business processes, balancing appropriate governance rigor with practical execution.
  • Support the development and execution of training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and change enablement strategies that promote enterprise awareness, adoption, and consistent application of governance requirements.
  • Own and maintain program knowledge management and infrastructure, including SharePoint content, standards documentation, training materials, communications, governance records, decision logs, templates, and related artifacts.
  • Prepare program updates, governance materials, and structured reporting that clearly communicate priorities, progress, emerging themes, risks, and decisions required.
  • Support governance forums and working groups through agenda development, material preparation, action tracking, stakeholder follow-up, and documentation of key decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale governance processes across Change Risk Management, New Products Governance, Project Governance, and related initiatives.
  • Establish centralized documentation, repeatable processes, clear ownership, and sustainable program infrastructure.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant laws, regulatory expectations, industry standards, and risk management practices, and support incorporation of applicable developments into program enhancements.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, compliance, legal, regulatory, governance, project management, program management, or a related discipline within a highly regulated organization.
  • Experience supporting risk management frameworks, enterprise governance programs, policies, standards, or related control processes.
  • Experience with project management and governance required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Experience developing executive communications, presentations, training materials, governance documentation, or program reporting.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, or program adoption initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience with Change Risk Management, New Products Governance, Project Governance, Operational Risk Management, or Enterprise Risk Management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Relevant risk management, project management, compliance, or change management certification is a plus.

Skills:

  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex risk and governance concepts into clear, concise, and practical materials.
  • Strong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate across business units, risk functions, and levels of seniority.
  • Strategic thinker who can move effectively between conceptual framework design and detailed implementation activities.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and at times competing priorities under tight timeframes.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, follow-through, accountability, and documentation discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, emerging risks, regulatory expectations, and evolving program needs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and operate effectively in a consulting-style role across multiple governance programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Teams, and SharePoint; experience maintaining knowledge repositories or program infrastructure is preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
