La teva missió serà oferir el millor servei als nostres clients, cuidant cada detall i garantint una bona manipulació i conservació per oferir el millor producte del mercat.

Com ho faràs?

- Assessoraràs i ajudaràs al client durant la seva compra tenint en compte les seves necessitats, oferint-li la millor opció i qualitat en el producte. - Manipularàs tota classe de producte carni i de xarcuteria, a més de l'elaboració dels productes a l'obrador. - Faràs els muntatges i exposicions del taulell. - Vetllaràs per garantir que el teu lloc de feina sempre està net i ordenat. - Revisaràs les temperatures i realitzaràs la rotació del producte de les cambres de fred per tal de mantenir el producte en bon estat.

Què et farà tenir èxit com a Carnisser/a? Experiència prèvia en l'ofici, ja que podràs oferir coneixements sobre el producte i tindràs domini en la seva manipulació, a més d'un assessorament més personalitzat al client.

La teva vocació pel tracte al client serà molt important per tal d'oferir un servei de qualitat i aconseguir tenir clients fidelitzats i satisfets.

Parlar tant el català com el castellà, per adaptar-te a l'idioma del client.

- Experiència al client: Podràs realitzar una atenció al client molt personalitzada, on el teu assessorament serà crucial per aconseguir que els clients marxin amb una bona experiència de compra.

- Fer-te créixer és el nostre objectiu: Si tens ganes de créixer en el sector carni, nosaltres farem tot el possible perquè així sigui. Un cop superat el període de prova podràs accedir a cursos d’especialització a l’ofici i fer carrera professional a les nostres carnisseries.

- Oblidat dels torns partits! Els nostres horaris et permeten compaginar la teva vida personal amb la laboral, ja que tindràs un horari rotatiu i intensiu de Dilluns a Diumenge (Matí /Tarda), lliurant un dia a la setmana

- Salari :El salari que oferim per una jornada de 40h és de 1500€ bruts/mes. A més tindràs incentius trimestrals en funció del teu rendiment i un incentiu anual en relació amb els objectius grupals del teu equip. #LI-DNI
