Cerquem un/a Metge/ssa d’Empresa (Servei Mèdic Corporatiu) per proporcionar atenció sanitària de qualitat als nostres equips, promovent una cultura de salut a l'empresa i col·laborant amb el Servei de Prevenció per assegurar el benestar integral de la plantilla.

Què faràs?

  • Garantiràs l'entrevista inicial de benestar, l'explicació del Servei i faràs la primera valoració mèdica.
  • Atendràs el client intern, assessorant i aportant sempre la millor opció de salut.
  • Proporcionaràs atenció, orientació i assistència sanitària d'alta qualitat (avanç de proves o altres accions que impactin directament en el benestar i recuperació del treballador).
  • Supervisaràs les condicions de treball dels empleats col·laborant estretament amb el nostre Servei de Prevenció.
  • Identificaràs les possibles causes laborals que afectin la salut individual o col·lectiva de la plantilla (càrrega de treball, etc.).
  • Col·laboraràs amb els equips multidisciplinaris en l'aplicació i seguiment de la política de Prevenció de Riscos Laborals (PRL).
  • Assessoraràs i participaràs activament en la planificació sanitària i preventiva de la companyia.
  • Incentivaràs i crearàs la cultura de Salut dins l'empresa.
  • Col·laboraràs en les campanyes de Salut i en la seva divulgació a tota l'organització.

Què busquem de tu?

Grau/ Licenciatura en Medicina (amb especialitat del Treball)

Valorem positivament especialitat en Medicina del Treball

Experiència prèvia exercint un rol similar en serveis mèdics d'empresa o departaments de salut corporativa.

Valorable coneixements sòlids o formació complementària en Prevenció de Riscos Laborals (PRL).

Que siguis una persona organitzada, comunicativa, proactiva i amb una gran orientació a les persones (client intern).
