Quines seran les teves funcions principals i responsabilitats?

1. Gestió de projectes i coordinació

  • Gestió de Asana: Organització i seguiment actiu del flux de treball (pipeline) de l'àrea de màrqueting digital.
  • Redacció de briefings: Elaboració de directrius clares per a les agències externes (Paid Media, SEO) i per a l'equip intern de disseny.

2. Paid Media

  • Validació de creativitats i catàlegs: Supervisió directa en plataforma per comprovar que totes les peces compleixen amb la planificació de l'estratègia i els estàndards de la marca.
  • Revisió de previsualitzacions (previews): Control de qualitat dels materials proposats per l'agència de Paid Media abans de la seva publicació definitiva.
  • Suport estratègic: Col·laboració i suport actiu en la definició estratègica de les campanyes publicitàries.

3. SEO i Marketing de continguts

  • Estratègia editorial: Suport en el pla de continguts del blog i de la secció de receptes, mitjançant la cerca de paraules clau (keyword research) i l'anàlisi de tendències de mercat.
  • Optimització on-site: Suport en la millora de categories, fitxes de producte i pàgines de nínxol específiques (com ara productes sense gluten, keto, vegans, etc.) per captar trànsit orgànic qualificat cap a la web.

4. Reporting i analítica

  • Seguiment de KPIs: Suport en la monitorització de les mètriques i indicadors de rendiment clau (trànsit web, vendes de l'e-commerce, descàrregues de l'aplicació mòbil i ROAS) per a la preparació dels informes setmanals i mensuals.
