A Ametller Origen apostem pel creixement de les persones i pel desenvolupament del talent. Busquem una persona en pràctiques per incorporar-se a l’equip de Selecció i Formació, donant suport als processos de l’àrea de Logística.

Quines seran les teves funcions?

  • Donar suport en els processos de selecció: cribratge curricular, contacte i convocatòria de candidats/es i seguiment.
  • Participar en entrevistes, dinàmiques grupals i processos d’avaluació.
  • Col·laborar en la cerca i atracció de talent i en la creació de borses de candidats/es.
  • Donar suport en la gestió de les incorporacions i l’onboarding.
  • Col·laborar en l’organització i seguiment de les accions formatives.
  • Mantenir actualitzades les bases de dades i realitzar tasques administratives de selecció i formació.
  • Participar en projectes de millora i desenvolupament dels processos de Recursos Humans.

Què busquem?

  • Estudis en Psicologia, Relacions Laborals, Recursos Humans, ADE o similars.
  • Bones habilitats de comunicació i escolta activa.
  • Persona organitzada, proactiva i amb iniciativa.
  • Capacitat per treballar en equip.
  • Ganes d’aprendre i desenvolupar-se en l’àmbit dels Recursos Humans.
