Cerquem un/a Responsable Tecnologia per garantir l'operativitat, estabilitat i continuïtat de la infraestructura tecnològica corporativa, liderant la governança de la seguretat de la informació i coordinant l'equip tècnic intern per tal de mantenir un ecosistema d'aplicacions connectat, escalable i protegit en el nostre entorn..

Què faràs?

- Garantiràs l'operativitat, estabilitat i continuïtat de la infraestructura tecnològica corporativa (servidors, xarxes, equips, sistemes de TPV i mitjans de pagament) en base a la supervisió tècnica i la prevenció d'incidències per assegurar un servei ininterromput tant a les botigues com a la seu central.

- Lideraràs la governança de la seguretat de la informació i la gestió del risc tecnològic, definint polítiques de ciberseguretat i protocols de millora per protegir els sistemes, les dades corporatives i l'activitat de la companyia davant de potencials amenaces.

- Supervisaràs el funcionament i l'evolució de les integracions i desenvolupaments a mida de les diferents plataformes corporatives (ERP, e-commerce, TPVs, etc.) per mantenir un ecosistema d'aplicacions connectat, escalable i efectiu.

- Dirigiràs, coordinaràs i desenvoluparàs l'equip tècnic intern d'infraestructura, ciberseguretat i integracions orientant la gestió de persones cap a l'excel·lència per maximitzar el rendiment de l'àrea.

- Gestionaràs la relació amb els proveïdors i partners tecnològics externs, negociant i fent el seguiment dels acords de nivell de servei (SLAs) per optimitzar costos i garantir la qualitat i terminis dels projectes.

- Definiràs i prioritzaràs el mapa del full de ruta (roadmap) i els processos d'operacions d'IT, assegurant l'alineació amb la Direcció i els requeriments operatius de les diferents àrees.

- Dissenyaràs i executaràs els plans de contingència i de recuperació davant de desastres (DRP), així com el suport als punts de venda, per minimitzar l'impacte operatiu i comercial en l'entorn retail.

- Actuaràs com a interlocutor tècnic de referència entre el departament d'IT i la Direcció, traduint requeriments complexos de negoci en solucions viables per facilitar les decisions estratègiques.

Què esperem de tu?

- Grau o Llicenciatura en Enginyeria Informàtica, Telecomunicacions o similar.

- Que aportis entre 8 i 10 anys d'experiència en gestió d'operacions d'IT.

- Experiència prèvia gestionant equips d'infraestructura, ciberseguretat, integracions i/o plataformes de punt de venda.

- Es valorarà molt positivament l'experiència en entorns retail o multi-seu, que faciliti el coneixement de l'operativa de botiga.

- Visió operativa i capacitat demostrada de gestió de proveïdors externs.

- Un perfil clarament resolutiu, orientat a l'estabilitat del servei i a la millora contínua.

- Excel·lent capacitat d'interlocució amb Direcció i amb equips tècnics.

- Domini natiu o avançat de català i castellà.
