Volem incorporar un/a Tècnic/a Analista de Negoci per actuar com a referent d’Analytics dins dels àmbits d’operacions i retail, transformant les necessitats del negoci en solucions analítiques útils, fiables i accionables que facilitin la presa de decisions, assegurin la qualitat de la informació i impulsin l’autonomia analítica del negoci.

Què faràs?

- Produiràs, manteniràs i evolucionaràs els productes analítics del domini, incloent dashboards operatius, alertes proactives, monitoritzacions automàtiques i anàlisis recurrents, assegurant-ne l’ús, la qualitat, l’actualització i la retirada quan deixin d’aportar valor. - Traduiràs les necessitats del negoci en preguntes analítiques concretes, preparant briefings complets i assegurant que les peticions estan ben definides abans d’iniciar qualsevol solució o entregable. - Dissenyaràs i consolidaràs el model d’autoconsum analític del domini, facilitant que l’equip pugui resoldre les consultes habituals de manera autònoma a partir de dades certificades. - Resoldràs anàlisis ad hoc i consultes puntuals de l’àrea utilitzant la capa de dades existent i certificada, evitant dependències innecessàries de l’equip de Data per a consultes estàndard. - Especificaràs a l’equip de Data les necessitats de dades no disponibles, detallant què es necessita, amb quina finalitat i amb quin nivell de granularitat. - Executaràs el control de qualitat i la validació funcional dels nous models de dades lliurats per l’equip de Data, abans que la informació es publiqui com a capa certificada i es comparteixi com a dada oficial. - Participaràs en projectes analítics transversals com a expert/a funcional del domini, aportant coneixement del negoci, dels processos i de les palanques de decisió de l’àrea. - Identificaràs de manera proactiva oportunitats, riscos, tendències o desviacions del domini, proposant anàlisis, alertes o millores que ajudin a anticipar decisions. - Habilitaràs el Power User Líder del domini, formant-lo, explicant-li les eines disponibles, recollint feedback i mesurant el seu grau d’autonomia. - Presentaràs tancaments operatius de l’àrea amb dades certificades, interpretació accionable i orientació a la presa de decisions. - Escalaràs a l’Analytics Specialist els projectes que requereixin major complexitat tècnica i al Head of Analytics les situacions que excedeixin la capacitat, impliquin nous KPI mestres, creuin diversos dominis o generin conflictes de priorització. - Participaràs en els rituals transversals del pilar Analytics, com l’intake setmanal, els comitès de priorització, les sessions d’adopció i les retrospectives del model.

¿Què busquem de tu?

Grau universitari en Administració i Direcció d'Empreses, Economia o similar.

Experiència prèvia relacionada amb la posició 2-4anys. Valorable coneixement pràctic del model operatiu del retail.

Nivell avançat de Microsoft Excel. Coneixement d'usuari d’ eines de BI com Power BI, Looker o similar.

Disposar de carnet de conduir i vehicle propi per accedir a les oficines.
