TÈCNIC/A DE SELECCIÓ JUNIOR

Estem a la recerca d’un/a Tècnic/a de Selecció junior per portar a terme accions de captació de talent per als procesos assignats, com la publicació d’ofertes i la realització de diàmiques grupals i d’entrevistes competencials, amb l’objectiu de donar resposta àgil a les necessitats d’incorporació de personal a les nostres botigues.

Què faràs?

  • Gestionar les diferents fases del procés de selecció, com la preselecció curricular, l’entrevista telefònica, la citació i la coordinació d’entrevistes i dinàmiques grupals, assegurant una organització eficient i alineada amb les necessitats de l’equip de selecció.
  • Comunicar l’evolució dels processos als candidats i al client intern, vetllant per una experiència positiva i transparent al llarg de tot el procés de selecció.
  • Participar de diferents accions relacionades amb el projecte de marca ocupadora: assistència a fires de treball, jornades de Talent, presentación de l’empresa en centres de formació, universitats, etc.
  • Registrar i actualitzar la informació de les candidatures a la base de dades, garantint la seva qualitat i disponibilitat.
  • Coordinar l’acollida de nous col·laboradors per afavorir la seva integració i adaptació a l’entorn de treball.
  • Atendre i donar resposta a consultes internes, assessorant, resolent incidències i oferint suport a les àrees operatives per garantir un servei proper i eficient.

Com serà el procés?

  • La segona entrevista serà amb el Líder de Captació.
  • Durant el procés també coneixeràs altres membres de l’equip de Captació.
