Aminess Hotels & Resorts, najbrže rastuća turistička kompanija u Hrvatskoj, s portfeljem od 34 objekta u 13 destinacija, traži iskusnog stručnjaka koji će voditi tehničku stranu naših hotela i kampova.

DIREKTOR ODJELA ODRŽAVANJA (m/ž)

Tražimo iskusnog stručnjaka koji će voditi održavanje naših objekata, postavljati standarde i brinuti da svaki hotel i kamp tehnički funkcionira na najvišoj razini.

Što ćeš raditi?

  • voditi i razvijati funkciju održavanja te postavljati standarde u skladu sa zakonskim propisima i internim pravilima
  • planirati i organizirati preventivno i korektivno održavanje objekata, opreme i tehničkih sustava
  • koordinirati i nadzirati provedbu plana kapitalnih ulaganja i tehničkih projekata, u roku i prema specifikacijama
  • planirati budžet održavanja i pratiti troškove
  • poticati energetsku učinkovitost i održiva tehnička rješenja
  • voditi tim održavanja i brinuti o učinkovitoj organizaciji rada
  • usko surađivati s direktorima objekata i voditeljima odjela
  • izvještavati Upravu i sudjelovati u programima zaštite na radu i zaštite od požara

Koga tražimo?

  • VSS tehničkog smjera (npr. građevinarstvo, strojarstvo ili elektrotehnika)
  • najmanje 5 godina iskustva na sličnim poslovima, od toga najmanje 3 godine na rukovodećoj poziciji
  • iskustvo u upravljanju održavanjem većih objekata, poželjno u hotelijerstvu
  • poznavanje tehničkih sustava u hotelima (strojarske, elektro, KGH i vodovodne instalacije)
  • iskustvo u vođenju investicijskih projekata te upravljanju izvođačima i dobavljačima
  • poznavanje propisa iz zaštite na radu, zaštite od požara i energetske učinkovitosti
  • izražene vještine vođenja tima, planiranja, pregovaranja i donošenja odluka pod pritiskom
  • aktivno znanje engleskog jezika
  • vozačka dozvola B kategorije
  • poželjna stručna ovlaštenja ili položen stručni ispit
