The posting

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de Produto Jr. para atuar diretamente na evolução dos nossos produtos voltados ao segmento aéreo, apoiando na organização das demandas, acompanhamento das entregas e conexão entre as áreas envolvidas.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar o(a) Product Owner na gestão do backlog, com foco em produtos aéreos (criação, escrita e refinamento de histórias de usuário)
  • Acompanhar o status das entregas, identificando impedimentos, riscos e impactos na operação aérea
  • Organizar e conduzir cerimônias ágeis (daily, planning, review e retrospectiva), garantindo registro das decisões
  • Levantar e documentar requisitos junto às áreas de atendimento, comercial, marketing e operações, com foco em fluxos de passagens aéreas
  • Manter a documentação do produto atualizada (fluxos, critérios de aceite e regras de negócio do segmento aéreo)
  • Monitorar métricas de produto, performance e indicadores relacionados ao produto aéreo
  • Apoiar na validação das entregas de desenvolvimento junto ao PO antes da publicação, garantindo aderência às regras do negócio.

Conhecimentos desejados:

  • Experiência ou familiaridade com produtos do segmento aéreo (emissão, remarcação, cancelamento, regras tarifárias, GDS, etc.)
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de backlog (ClickUp, Jira, Trello ou similares)
  • Conhecimento básico em metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban)
  • Boa escrita para histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite e documentação
  • Domínio do Google Workspace ou Excel
  • Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de dados (planilhas e dashboards)
  • Noções de jornada do usuário e fluxos de produto digital, especialmente aplicados ao contexto de viagens.

Formação:

Ensino superior em andamento em Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Gestão de Projetos, Turismo, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
