Sobre o Cargo:

Atuar no desenvolvimento, gestão e análise de produtos, assegurando informações precisas e estratégicas para subsidiar decisões da Gerência/Diretoria, apoiar áreas correlatas e garantir a competitividade dos itens no mercado. O Analista de Produto deve também ser responsável por coordenar e validar aspectos relacionados a embalagens, rótulos e catálogos, garantindo conformidade legal, clareza das informações e excelência na apresentação dos produtos ao consumidor.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Relatórios de desempenho: elaborar análises de produtos das linhas Natal, Páscoa e Home Décor, comparando resultados de temporadas anteriores e fornecendo subsídios para decisões estratégicas no Comitê.
  • Auditoria de informações: identificar inconsistências nos dados e corrigi-las por meio de comunicação ativa com fornecedores internos.
  • Pesquisa de mercado e tendências: acompanhar o mercado nacional e internacional, identificar tendências de consumo e propor inovações que fortaleçam o portfólio da empresa.
  • Preparação para viagens de compras: produzir relatórios e garantir a entrega dos dispositivos e materiais necessários, dentro dos prazos e padrões estabelecidos.
  • Participação em reuniões: contribuir nos encontros de pré e pós-viagens de compras, trazendo análises e insights relevantes.
  • Gestão de cadastros: realizar o cadastramento e manutenção dos itens em sistema, assegurando a precisão das informações e reclassificando-os conforme solicitações da Gerência/Diretoria.
  • Análise de precificação: validar preços de produtos importados, identificando distorções e garantindo a viabilidade comercial.
  • Revisão de catálogos: revisar informações, medidas, especificações e imagens dos produtos, assegurando a qualidade da apresentação e aprovação da Gerência.
  • Elaboração de rótulos: desenvolver e revisar rótulos dos produtos, garantindo conformidade com normas legais e clareza das informações para o consumidor.
  • Suporte às áreas: fornecer informações estratégicas para os setores de Decoração e Vendas, auxiliando na divulgação e concretização das vendas.
  • Atividades administrativas: apoiar demandas gerais do setor, preenchendo planilhas e relatórios conforme necessário.
  • Conformidade e segurança: seguir normas de qualidade, segurança, saúde e meio ambiente, utilizar EPIs em visitas à fábrica e zelar pelo patrimônio da empresa.
  • Confidencialidade e ética: manter sigilo sobre informações técnicas e administrativas, respeitando regras de conduta e valores organizacionais.
  • Desenvolvimento contínuo: buscar aprimoramento pessoal e profissional, alinhado à Missão, Visão e Valores da empresa.
