Planejam, preparam e executam ensaios para as mais diversas áreas de pesquisa e desenvolvimento, supervisionados por profissional de nível superior. Analisam resultados de ensaios; auxiliam no desenvolvimento de métodos, processos e produtos. Podem exercer atividades auxiliares de difusão de pesquisa e desenvolvimento.

Atividades:

Executar atividades relacionadas com Liberação de Protótipos, compreendendo:

Realizar cadastro de produtos, matérias primas e insumos no sistema informatizado(ADSOMOS/CM);

Descrever as operações de costura no desenho técnico, bem como as máquinas e equipamentos necessários, informando os padrões estabelecidos para cada tipo de costura e operações;

Identificar produtos/detalhes de produtos que necessitam de amostra para costura. Indicar na ficha qual detalhe terá de amostra de costura e que deve ser costurado e entregue com o 1º protótipo;

Fazer o gabarito de bordado/filigrana/estampa;

Elaborar a sequência operacional e cronoanálise de costura e acabamento de acordo com a ficha técnica do produto; Contribuir no desenvolvimento de novas técnicas para a produção de amostras;

Pesquisar, acompanhar a implementação de melhorias em matérias primas, insumos, processos produtivos, modelagem, máquinas e equipamentos, objetivando a melhoria de performance;

Encaminhar e acompanhar peças encaminhadas para terceiros (lavanderias, bordados, agências de Marketing); Coordenar testes de construção envolvendo o setor de modelagem e/ou pilotagem: identificar, analisar, propor melhorias no processo e trazer feedbacks e/ou sugestões para o estilo;

Acompanhar a prova dos produtos e organizar produtos nas seguintes categorias [ok, apto para liberar produção / necessário conserto de lavagem / necessário conserto de modelagem e/ou costura / necessário 2º protótipo] - entregar o resumo ou lançar na planilha do mês para o PCP analisar e realizar ações necessárias;

Separar por semana de entrega e organizar as peças foto para o comercial realizar as apostas nas lojas. Disponibilizar para o gerente comercial [confirmar a data dessa tarefa no dia da aposta interna];

Separar por semana de entrega e organizar as peças foto para enviar para agencia. Disponibilizar as peça para o marketing conforme data conforme informado pelo PCP;

Elaborar a planilha de peça foto preenchendo informações identificadas na prova [vestibilidade / obs para agencia / obs interna];

Controlar a entrega e a devolução das peças de amostra, cobrar de quem recebeu a peça quando a mesma não for devolvida(Armário);

Concluir a planilha de peças foto com todas as refs que serão enviadas, gerar PDF do documento e disponibilizar pro marketing;

Usar a planilha para controlar o que foi enviado pra agencia bem como o que foi devolvido pela agencia [solicitar devolução das peças quando as mesmas não retornarem após determinado prazo];

Analisar a ficha técnica do tecido e dos demais materiais, para informar na ficha técnica do produo os cuidados específicos que precisam ter com a matéria prima.
