* Objetivo do trabalho: O Atendente de loja tem como objetivo principal garantir um atendimento excepcional aos clientes, oferecendo apoio em suas demandas e solucionando dúvidas sobre produtos e serviços. O profissional será responsável por manter a organização do ambiente de loja e contribuir para uma experiência positiva de compra, refletindo a excelência no atendimento que a Amoedo preza.

* Responsabilidades: - Receber e saudar os clientes de maneira cordial, garantindo um ambiente acolhedor e amigável. - Atender as solicitações dos clientes de forma eficiente, fornecendo informações detalhadas sobre produtos e promoções. - Auxiliar na organização e reposição de mercadorias nas prateleiras, contribuindo para a apresentação adequada dos produtos. - Participar de treinamentos e capacitações oferecidos pela empresa para aprimorar habilidades de atendimento e conhecimento sobre produtos. - Manter a área de trabalho limpa e organizada, promovendo a segurança e a estética da loja.

* Qualificações: - Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente, com a capacidade de resolver problemas simples e atender demandas básicas. - Habilidade em comunicação verbal clara e eficaz, facilitando interações com os clientes. - Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com colegas para alcançar os objetivos da loja.

** Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo.

** Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente será considerada um diferencial, mas não é obrigatória. Estágios ou experiências informais de trabalho na área de varejo ou serviço ao cliente também são aceitos.
