DEIN PROFIL:

▪ Du bist ein Sales-Typ, denn Recruitment ist vor allem ein Vertriebsjob. Überdurchschnittliche Motivation, Hartnäckigkeit und Ehrgeiz sind wesentliche Erfolgsfaktoren

▪ Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung

DEINE AUFGABEN:

▪ Du betreust von Anfang an eigenverantwortlich Deinen eigenen Nischen-Markt und baust Dir stetig Deine eigenen Key Accounts auf

▪ Du unterstützt Deine Kund:innen bei der Besetzung offener Projektvakanzen durch Vermittlung von erfahrenen, spezialisierten Fach- und Führungskräften

▪ Du bist hauptverantwortlich für das Business Development und die Neukundenakquise. Gleichzeitig identifizierst und qualifizierst Du passende Kandidat:innen für Deine Kund:innen – auch per Direktansprache (Active Sourcing, Networking)

▪ Du betreust den gesamten Recruitment Prozess und führst selbstständig Vertragsverhandlungen auf Kund:innen- und Kandidat:innenseite
