  • Relevant qualifications in compliance, risk or financial crime highly regarded

Who you are

You bring strong technical financial crime advisory expertise, with a deep understanding of AML/CTF obligations, regulatory frameworks and Line 2 accountabilities. You have experience interpreting complex regulatory requirements and translating them into practical business actions, supporting implementation across banking, treasury or financial services environments, and applying risk management frameworks to provide evidence-based oversight and challenge.

You demonstrate strong execution and ownership, operating as a self-directed contributor with accountability for end-to-end delivery of complex workstreams. You prioritise effectively, manage competing demands and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong focus on governance and control effectiveness

You bring sound judgement and influencing capability, with the confidence to provide independent challenge and engage senior stakeholders. You translate technical risk issues into clear, commercial advice and communicate effectively through governance forums, including committee and Board-level reporting.

You are proactive, analytical and collaborative, with strong attention to detail and a focus on outcomes. You build credibility through expertise and consistency, adapt your approach to engage stakeholders effectively, and contribute to a high-performing Line 2 environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
