Voor een super leuke klant in de evenementenhoek in de omgeving van Rotterdam zijn we op zoek naar een (Functionele) Applicatie Manager of Functioneel Beheerder. Achter de schermen bouwen ze aan een innovatieve en data gedreven organisatie waarin IT een sleutelrol speelt. Om ervoor te zorgen dat collega’s dagelijks soepel kunnen werken met de juiste systemen zoeken zij een servicegerichte Applicatiemanager. Iemand die processen verbetert, vragen oplost en de verbindende schakel vormt tussen techniek en gebruikers. Als Applicatiemanager zorg jij ervoor dat onze digitale werkomgeving optimaal functioneert. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen, meldingen en wensen rondom applicaties en systemen. Samen met vijftien IT-collega’s werk je aan de continuïteit, gebruiksvriendelijkheid en verdere ontwikkeling van onze softwareomgeving. Taken in jouw beheer Eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s bij vragen of storingen in applicaties en systemen; Ondersteunen van gebruikers en verzorgen van trainingen of uitleg zodat systemen optimaal worden gebruikt; Opvolgen van meldingen en incidenten (Incident, Problem, Change Management) en deze waar mogelijk zelf oplossen of doorzetten naar specialisten; Overzicht houden van het applicatielandschap en zorgen dat documentatie actueel blijft; Coördineren van kleine verbeterprojecten en meewerken aan vernieuwingen binnen de IT-omgeving; Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en servicelevels. Requirements Gewenste profiel Minimaal hbo werk en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een academische achtergrond; Minimaal twee jaar ervaring als Applicatiemanager, Functioneel Beheerder of in een vergelijkbare rol; Servicegericht, communicatief vaardig en plezier in het helpen van collega’s; Gestructureerde werkwijze en goed in het bewaren van overzicht; Zelfstandig kunnen werken maar ook graag samenwerken binnen een team; Bekend met methodieken zoals ITIL, BISL, Lean of Scrum; Ervaring met AFAS of SQL is een pré.
