The posting

Voor een super leuke klant in de evenementenhoek in de omgeving van Rotterdam zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch Applicatie Manager of Technisch Beheerder. Hier bouwen ze aan een stabiele en toekomstgerichte IT-omgeving. Om hun applicaties, koppelingen en digitale kanalen betrouwbaar te laten functioneren, zoeken ze een technisch georiënteerde Applicatiemanager of Technisch Beheerder. In deze rol werk je samen met 15 IT-collega’s en vorm je de schakel tussen techniek, gebruikers en leveranciers. Wat ga je doen? Oplossen en analyseren van incidenten en technische vraagstukken binnen het applicatielandschap; Configureren en beheren van integraties binnen onze low-code middleware; Werken met API-koppelingen, integratievraagstukken en eenmalige inlog-constructies; Vertalen van functionele eisen en wensen, naar technische configuraties binnen de gestelde architectuurkaders; Samenwerken met de IT-architect aan inrichting, standaarden en verbeteringen; Intensief afstemmen met functioneel applicatiebeheerders over proceswijzigingen en optimalisaties; Afstemmen met leveranciers en toezien op technische afspraken en SLA’s; Coördineren van kleine verbeterprojecten en meewerken aan vernieuwingen. Requirements Gewenste profiel Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau en ervaring met technisch applicatiebeheer of een vergelijkbare rol; Affiniteit met integraties, API’s en koppelingen tussen systemen; Je werkt actief samen met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen om processen te analyseren en technisch te optimaliseren; Je pakt werk zelfstandig op, durft grenzen aan te geven en stelt je proactief op; Een gestructureerde, analytische werkwijze en sterke communicatievaardigheden; Bekend met ITIL, BiSL, Lean of Scrum; Ervaring met tools als Postman of Workato is een pré.
