Echte interim veranderklus! Betreft een middelgrote scale-up (paar honderd fte) die van zelfgebouwde softwareomgeving over aan het stappen zijn naar Microsoft Dynamics. Technisch complexe omgeving en IT-transformatie. De gehele organisatie dient te worden getransformeerd naar optimalere operationele processen, betere samenwerking tussen business en IT en sneller en beter voorspelbare ontwikkel en implementatietrajecten. Binnen IT moeten capaciteiten, structuur en werkwijzen op een pragmatische en schaalbare manier worden opgebouwd en versterkt. Het Technology Team bestaat uit ongeveer ~50 fte met 5-7 Direct Reports die rapporteren aan de CTO. Requirements Voor deze transformatie zoeken we een ervaren interim CTO Change Lead. Must haves: - Minimaal 2 interim opdrachten vervuld als CTO - Technisch geschoold, inhoudelijk technologische expertise (Architectuur, Development) - Ervaring met ERP, bij voorkeur met Microsoft Dynamics - Ervaring binnen scale-ups - Ervaring binnen minder gestructureerde omgevingen à pragmatisch/hands-on - Meerdere verandertrajecten en transities gemanaged - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk Benefits Start: asap Inzet: fulltime Looptijd: 9 – 12 maanden
