The posting

Empresa do segmento de comunicação e marketing situada na região de Itu, contrata Analista de Pós Vendas, através de Ana Lisboa Consultoria.

Objetivo do cargo Atuar no pós-venda, garantindo o acompanhamento dos pedidos desde a aprovação comercial até a entrega. A posição faz a interface entre as áreas de Comercial, Produção, Projetos, Logística e Faturamento, e mantém o cliente informado durante todo o processo.

Principais atribuições:

Acompanhamento de demandas • Acompanhar o andamento dos pedidos nas áreas de Produção, Projetos, Logística e Faturamento • Realizar follow-up interno de prazos e status • Manter o cliente informado sobre o andamento dos pedidos e das entregas

Conciliação comercial × produção × faturamento • Verificar a aderência entre o que foi vendido, produzido e faturado (quantidades, especificações e prazos) • Identificar e encaminhar divergências às áreas responsáveis • Controlar junto com Adm Logistica as entregas parciais e saldos pendentes

Suporte fiscal e faturamento • Apoiar a preparação das informações para emissão de notas fiscais • Acompanhar notas de remessa, retorno e devolução junto às áreas envolvidas

Pós-venda • Acompanhar expedição, agendamentos e comprovantes de entrega • Registrar e tratar ocorrências, devoluções e reposições • Fazer interface com o Financeiro em pendências relacionadas a faturamento

Requisitos • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Logística ou áreas correlatas • Experiência em rotinas administrativas comerciais, pós-venda ou customer success • Noções básicas de faturamento • Excel • Experiência com qualquer sistema ERP

Diferenciais • Experiência em indústria sob demanda (embalagem, gráfica, rótulos, calderaria, moveleira, etc) • Noções basicas de logística • Histórico de atuação em equipes multidisciplinares

Competências comportamentais • Comprometimento com clientes internos e externos • Atenção a detalhes • Comunicação clara • Trabalho em equipe
