The posting

Buscamos um Gerente de Engenharia experiente para liderar o desenvolvimento, implantação e otimização de plantas de biogás e sistemas de captura/processamento de CO2. Você será o responsável técnico por transformar projetos conceituais em ativos operacionais de alta eficiência, garantindo conformidade normativa, inovação tecnológica e viabilidade econômica.

  • Gestão de Projetos (Capex): Liderar o ciclo de vida completo de projetos de engenharia, desde o estudo de viabilidade e FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) até o comissionamento e startup.
  • Design de Processos: Supervisionar o detalhamento técnico de sistemas de purificação de biogás (Upgrading para Biometano) e liquefação/captura de CO2.
  • Liderança de Equipe: Coordenar times multidisciplinares (mecânica, elétrica, automação e processos) e gerir fornecedores/parceiros de tecnologia. Interface diária com o cliente, suprir dúvidas do escopo de fornecimento, dúvidas técnicas da planta e processos. Atuar na gestão de contratos com terceirizadas.
  • Otimização de Performance: Implementar melhorias contínuas para aumentar o rendimento de metano e a pureza do CO2, reduzindo o consumo energético das plantas.
  • Compliance e Segurança: Garantir que todos os projetos atendam às normas ambientais, regulamentações da ANP (no caso do biometano) e padrões de segurança industrial (NRs).

Requisitos Técnicos e Qualificações:

  • Graduação em Engenharia Química, Mecânica ou de Produção. Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos ou Energias Renováveis é um diferencial.
  • Sólida trajetória em plantas de processamento de gás, criogenia, compressão.
  • Tecnologias de separação de gases (Membranas, PSA).
  • Sistemas de compressão e armazenamento de alta pressão.
  • Normas de segurança de processo e análise de risco (HAZOP, SIL).
  • Idiomas: Inglês avançado (mandatório).

Competências Comportamentais:

  • Perfil Hands-on: Capacidade de transitar entre a prancheta de design e o chão da planta.
  • Pensamento Analítico: Foco em dados para tomada de decisão técnica e financeira.
  • Habilidades de Comunicação: Inteligência Emocional, Assertividade, Empatia.

Visão de Futuro:

  • Interesse genuíno em descarbonização e energias renováveis.
  • Integração de Tecnologias Emergentes: Capacidade de avaliar e implementar sistemas de CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage).
  • Otimização Termodinâmica e Energética: Foco técnico na redução da pegada de carbono do próprio processo, através da recuperação de calor residual e otimização de ciclos criogênicos na liquefação.
  • Modularização e Escalabilidade: Visão técnica voltada para o design de plantas modulares (skid-mounted), facilitando a expansão rápida e a manutenção simplificada sem interrupção de fluxos críticos.
