  • Realizar atendimento consultivo e personalizado às clientes, proporcionando uma experiência de compra sofisticada e diferenciada;
  • Liderar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de vendas no dia a dia;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das metas comerciais da loja e metas individuais da equipe;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, ticket médio, conversão e produtividade;
  • Realizar abertura e fechamento da loja conforme procedimentos internos;
  • Conferir caixa, movimentações financeiras e apoiar controles administrativos;
  • Supervisionar organização da loja, vitrines, displays e apresentação visual;
  • Garantir o correto armazenamento, conferência e segurança das joias e produtos;
  • Acompanhar entrada e saída de mercadorias e inventários internos;
  • Apoiar treinamento e desenvolvimento da equipe quanto ao atendimento e conhecimento dos produtos;
  • Atuar como referência da equipe, mantendo postura profissional e alinhamento com a cultura da marca;
  • Apoiar relacionamento com fornecedores e demandas administrativas quando necessário;
  • Garantir padrão elevado de atendimento, organização e imagem institucional da loja;
  • Zelar pela confidencialidade, segurança e conservação de peças e materiais de alto valor.
  • Garantir o preenchimento da lista de walk in bem como envio semanal dele compilado a direçãoRealizar atendimento consultivo, construindo relacionamento de longo prazo.
  • Entender necessidades do cliente e apresentar soluções alinhadas ao lifestyle de luxo.
  • Gerir carteira de clientes, realizando follow-up e ações de pós-venda.
  • Atuar na organização, exposição e reposição de produtos na loja.
  • Acompanhar metas diárias, semanais e mensais, reportando resultados.
  • Contribuir com insights sobre perfil de clientes e oportunidades de venda.
  • Garantir aderência aos padrões de atendimento e imagem da marca.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência sólida como vendedora sênior em varejo de luxo ou premium.
  • Histórico comprovado de alta performance em metas de vendas.
  • Domínio de técnicas de atendimento consultivo e fidelização.
  • Inglês intermediário para atendimento a clientes internacionais.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial, incluindo finais de semana e feriados em regime de escala.
  • Excelente comunicação, postura profissional e foco em experiência do cliente.
