Missão do Cargo

Coordenar as áreas Administrativa, Financeira, Contábil e de Administração de Pessoal, assegurando a eficiência dos processos, a confiabilidade das informações financeiras e o suporte à tomada de decisão da Diretoria. Atuar como principal interface entre a empresa, a contabilidade e a matriz do Grupo na Itália, garantindo alinhamento das informações gerenciais, cumprimento de prazos e conformidade com as diretrizes corporativas.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar as rotinas financeiras (contas a pagar, contas a receber, tesouraria, faturamento e fluxo de caixa).
  • Elaborar, acompanhar e analisar indicadores financeiros, orçamento, fluxo de caixa e relatórios gerenciais.
  • Atuar como interface com a contabilidade, realizando análise crítica de balancetes, DRE, Balanço Patrimonial e demais demonstrativos financeiros.
  • Garantir a qualidade dos fechamentos contábeis, conciliações e cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e legais. Coordenar as atividades administrativas da empresa, assegurando organização dos processos, contratos e controles internos.
  • Supervisionar a Administração de Pessoal e apoiar os processos de Recursos Humanos, liderar e desenvolver a equipe Administrativa e Financeira, promovendo melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Manter comunicação frequente com a matriz do Grupo na Itália, reportando indicadores, resultados e informações financeiras, além de apoiar demandas corporativas e auditorias.
  • Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Desejável pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Controladoria ou Gestão Empresarial.
  • Sólida experiência em coordenação Administrativa e Financeira, preferencialmente em ambiente industrial.
  • Experiência em análise de balancetes, DRE, Balanço Patrimonial, fluxo de caixa e indicadores financeiros.
  • Vivência na interface com contabilidade externa e auditorias.
  • Experiência em gestão de equipes multidisciplinares.
  • Conhecimento em ERP e Excel avançado.
  • Inglês fluente para comunicação com a matriz na Itália (mandatório).
