🧵 OPORTUNIDADE: ENCARREGADO(A) DE OPERAÇÕES (INDÚSTRIA TÊXTIL)

Procuramos um(a) Encarregado(a) de Operações dinâmico(a), com perfil de liderança e forte conhecimento prático em confecção têxtil para liderar nossos fluxos de produção, equipes de costura e processos operacionais!

📋 Principais Responsabilidades e Atividades

Gestão de Equipe e Desenvolvimento: Supervisionar equipes de costura da Marca Própria, delegar e gerenciar a distribuição diária de atividades, treinar colaboradores e acompanhar a evolução da equipe para formação de novos líderes. Controle de Produção e Prazos: Gerenciar o fluxo de produção de peças piloto e de Marca Própria (pós-aprovação), garantindo o cumprimento de metas diárias/semanais (via Excel) e prazos de entrega do PCP. Gestão de Qualidade e Processos: Acompanhar e garantir o padrão de qualidade geral de costuras (níveis A, B e C de complexidade), fazer a revisão de peças no retorno da lavanderia e realizar a leitura/interpretação de Fichas Técnicas. Logística Externa e Serviços Terceirizados: Coordenar o envio de peças para aplicação de pedrarias em terceiros e solicitar a emissão de Notas Fiscais de remessa/saída para movimentação de peças. Estoque, Aviamentos e Insumos: Conferir os aviamentos recebidos para cada coleção, controlar pequeno estoque interno e realizar a solicitação de compras de linhas. Organização e Planejamento: Alimentar relatórios de produção no sistema OGM, gerenciar o tempo para direcionar a produção para atendimentos a clientes Magazines e manter a organização e limpeza do local de trabalho.

Habilidades Comportamentais: Liderança participativa, comunicação clara e assertiva, escuta ativa, gerenciamento de conflitos, capacidade de análise e tomada de decisão, raciocínio lógico/matemático e resiliência.

Escolaridade: Ensino Médio completo (Cursos na área têxtil/confecção serão considerados um diferencial). Conhecimento Técnico: Manuseio e operação de máquinas de costura industriais, interpretação de Ficha Técnica e rotinas do setor têxtil. Informática: Conhecimento intermediário em informática (pacote Office / Excel) e facilidade para operar sistemas de gestão de produção (sistema OGM).
