Buscamos um(a) Encarregado(a) de Operações para uma indústria têxtil em crescimento, com ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e foco em qualidade. Você será peça-chave para garantir que a produção aconteça no prazo, com padrão e eficiência.

  • Coordenar a rotina da equipe de produção/costura no chão de fábrica.
  • Acompanhar metas de produção, qualidade e produtividade.
  • Distribuir tarefas e organizar o fluxo de trabalho por setor.
  • Garantir o cumprimento de procedimentos, normas e prazos.
  • Apoiar o time na solução de problemas operacionais do dia a dia.
  • Controlar uso de materiais, insumos e reduzir desperdícios.
  • Reportar resultados e necessidades à coordenação/gerência.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Experiência prévia em supervisão/coordenação em indústria, preferencialmente têxtil ou confecção.
  • Vivência com chão de fábrica (costura, corte, acabamento ou produção seriada).
  • Habilidade para liderar equipes e organizar rotinas de trabalho.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial.
  • Boa comunicação, postura colaborativa e foco em resultados.

Diferenciais:

  • Curso complementar na área de costura, produção ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência com indicadores de produção (meta, produtividade, refugo, retrabalho).
  • Atuação anterior como líder, encarregado(a) ou supervisor(a) em indústria têxtil.
  • Noções de 5S, organização de layout e melhoria contínua.
