Renomada empresa do interior de São Paulo, região de Campinas, está contratando Pessoa Especialista em Assuntos Regulatórios através de Ana Lisboa Consultoria.

Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência em assuntos regulatórios, licenciamento e conformidade legal, para atuar na gestão de licenças, registros e obrigações regulatórias, assegurando a conformidade da empresa perante os órgãos fiscalizadores e reguladores.

Principais responsabilidades

Licenciamento e Compliance Regulatório

  • Gerenciar a conformidade legal da empresa junto aos órgãos reguladores e fiscalizadores, incluindo MAPA, ANVISA, CETESB, IBAMA, Polícia Civil, Polícia Federal, Exército, Prefeituras, CRQ, CREA, Corpo de Bombeiros, entre outros.
  • Conduzir os processos de renovação de licenças, desde a organização e envio da documentação até a obtenção, divulgação e arquivamento dos documentos atualizados.
  • Acompanhar vistorias, auditorias e fiscalizações, elaborando relatórios para a gerência e diretoria.
  • Gerenciar as ações decorrentes de auditorias e fiscalizações, incluindo notificações, autos de infração e exigências legais, garantindo o acompanhamento dos prazos e a resolução das pendências.
  • Manter atualizados e organizados os arquivos de licenças, registros e documentos regulatórios.
  • Desenvolver indicadores de desempenho, relatórios gerenciais e controles de fechamento do setor.
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento com consultorias especializadas e prestadores de serviços regulatórios.
  • Prestar suporte às demandas relacionadas às Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e à elaboração ou atualização de Fichas de Informação de Segurança de Produtos Químicos (FISPQ).

Gestão Regulatória – MAPA

  • Garantir a conformidade das informações regulatórias dos produtos nos controles internos, rótulos, embalagens, etiquetas, notas fiscais e certificados.
  • Operar os sistemas do MAPA, conduzindo processos de homologação de novos produtos e alterações de registros existentes.
  • Gerenciar alterações cadastrais e regulatórias, assegurando a atualização das informações em todas as áreas envolvidas.
  • Analisar e aprovar materiais de marketing, rótulos e demais materiais relacionados aos produtos, assegurando sua conformidade regulatória.
  • Gerenciar as ações relacionadas ao CDA para defensivos agrícolas.
  • Elaborar e encaminhar os relatórios trimestrais exigidos pelo MAPA.

Gestão Regulatória – ANVISA

  • Conduzir processos de homologação, registro e alteração de produtos junto à ANVISA.
  • Elaborar relatórios e manter os controles regulatórios exigidos pelo órgão.

Gestão Regulatória – IBAMA

  • Elaborar e encaminhar o Relatório Anual de Atividades Potencialmente Poluidoras e Utilizadoras de Recursos Ambientais (RAPP), assegurando o cumprimento das obrigações e dos prazos legais.

É fundamental ter responsabilidade com prazos, precisão documental e comprometimento com a conformidade legal e regulatória da empresa.
