Estruturada empresa de segurança patrimonial contrata Gerente Geral, através de Ana Lisbao Consultoria.

Missão do Cargo: Responder pela operação e pela gestão de pessoas da empresa, que funciona 24 horas por dia em turnos, estruturando processos e lideranças e atuando como braço direito da Diretora Executiva em 100% das suas atividades, de modo a liberá-la para a estratégia, os contratos e os clientes.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições - ordenadas da mais estratégica para a mais operacional.

  • Traduzir as decisões estratégicas da Diretora em plano de ação e cobrar sua execução, para garantir o cumprimento das metas.
  • Preparar informações para orçamentos, contratos e reuniões e representar a empresa quando delegado, para apoiar a Diretora em 100% de suas atividades.
  • Estruturar e desenvolver a camada de líderes de turno, para assegurar gestão efetiva em todos os horários de funcionamento.
  • Conduzir recrutamento, seleção, admissão, integração e desligamento, com apoio da consultoria, para manter o quadro completo e qualificado.
  • Gerir escalas, jornada, banco de horas, absenteísmo e horas extras, para garantir a cobertura dos turnos com custo controlado. Conduzir feedbacks, avaliações de desempenho e planos de desenvolvimento, para elevar o desempenho das equipes.
  • Zelar pelo clima, pela disciplina e pelo cumprimento da legislação trabalhista e de segurança, aplicando medidas disciplinares dentro da alçada, para reduzir riscos e passivos.
  • Garantir a produção, a qualidade e o cumprimento de prazos nos três turnos, para atender os clientes conforme contratado.
  • Implantar rotinas, procedimentos e reuniões de passagem de turno, para padronizar a operação.
  • Controlar custos operacionais, compras e contratos dentro da alçada, para proteger a margem.
  • Acompanhar os indicadores operacionais e emitir relatório mensal à Diretora, para sustentar as decisões com dados.
  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas
  • Mínimo de 5 anos em gestão de operação com turnos; vivência em empresa de gestão familiar é diferencial relevante
  • Legislação trabalhista, gestão de escalas e jornada, indicadores de pessoas e de produção, Pacote Office, ERP
  • Inglês intermediário (desejável)
  • Conhecimento de NR-1 e demais normas aplicáveis à operação, conforme o PGR
