The posting

Nosso cliente busca profissional com habilidades em negociar, criar relacionamento e gerar resultados no segmento hoteleiro.

Portanto, procuramos por uma Pessoa Consultora Comercial Externa para atuar em hotel, fortalecendo a presença no mercado corporativo e ampliando a carteira de clientes B2B. O(a) profisisonal será peça-chave na estratégia de crescimento, conectando soluções que aumentam a ocupação e a rentabilidade dos parceiros.

Atividades:

  • Prospectar e visitar empresas na região.
  • Gerir carteira de clientes, garantindo relacionamento próximo e recorrente.
  • Mapear oportunidades, elaborar propostas e conduzir negociações consultivas.
  • Acompanhar funil de vendas, previsões e metas comerciais.
  • Atuar em conjunto com times internos (marketing, operações, suporte).
  • Monitorar concorrência e tendências do setor hoteleiro.
  • Registrar atividades e resultados em CRM, com disciplina e organização.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em vendas externas B2B, preferencialmente em hotelaria.
  • Atuação anterior em nível de supervisão/coordenação ou referência técnica em times comerciais.
  • Perfil consultivo, foco em metas e habilidade de negociação presencial.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes na região de atuação.
  • CNH ativa e carro próprio.
  • Facilidade para uso de ferramentas digitais (CRM, planilhas, apps).

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência comercial direta com hotéis, pousadas e demais empresas similares.
  • Histórico de liderança de pequenos times ou apoio na formação de equipe comercial.
  • Conhecimento de revenue management, distribuição hoteleira ou canais de venda online.
  • Inglês ou espanhol para contato com redes e parceiros internacionais.
