We provide thought leadership for complex issues through independent analysis, and we deliver practical, useful solutions. ANSER values collaboration, integrity, and initiative and we are client focused in all that we do. Because we were established for the purpose of public service and not for profit, we measure our success in the impact of our service.

Position Summary

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support and guide Mid- and Junior-level Systems Architects in enterprise and solution architecture development activities. • Assist in the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of solution architectures aligned with enterprise architecture standards. • Ensure architecture artifacts are traceable to enterprise requirements and mission objectives. • Analyze user requirements, system capabilities, and workflow processes to improve system design and efficiency. • Support evaluation and modernization of existing systems and architecture solutions. • Develop and refine solution architecture designs across applications, APIs, data services, and infrastructure services. • Recommend architecture improvements based on requirements analysis and emerging technologies. • Support compliance with DoDAF and IC Program Architecture Guidance (PAG) standards. • Participate in enterprise architecture trade studies and technical assessments. • Support alignment of architecture solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. • Assist Government stakeholders with architecture decision-making and technical planning. • Contribute to enterprise architecture documentation and governance processes. • Support integration of architecture across multiple programs and mission domains. • Collaborate with engineering, integration, and systems teams to ensure architectural alignment. • Mentor junior architecture staff and support knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI eligibility and successfully pass a polygraph. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirements. • 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, DoDAF, or IC Program Architecture Guidance (PAG). • Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience. • Previous Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) program or project experience. • Experience supporting enterprise or solution architecture development in complex environments. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and principles. • Experience supporting cloud, hybrid, and on-premises architectures. • Experience participating in architecture analysis, design, or governance activities. • Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
