岗位职责： 1、技术支持与售前协同：​ 协助销售团队开展售前工作，为客户端提供专业的产品技术咨询与疑问解答，参与全流程技术支持服务。 2、产品交付与临床赋能：​ 承接客户试用申请，确保院内产品试用高效、高成功率落地。负责对医院实验室等相关人员进行系统的产品操作培训与带教，保障产品顺利启用与规范化使用。 3、客户关系维护与洞察：​ 及时响应并处理客户的产品咨询、反馈与投诉，协同事业部推动问题解决。依据客户分级，通过定期上门回访与远程跟进相结合的方式，主动收集产品使用情况、临床反馈及潜在需求，形成结构化分析报告，为产品优化与业务决策提供输入。 4、市场信息收集与分析：​ 系统性地收集、整理与分析所负责区域的市场动态、竞争对手信息、医院项目、政策变动及临床反馈，并及时同步给相关部门，支持市场策略制定。 5、市场推广与学术支持：​ 配合销售团队开展产品全周期市场推广活动。协助组织面向科室及经销商的培训与推广会。按照公司规范，支持区域内各类学术会议的策划与执行。

教育背景：​ 硕士及以上学历（国内外知名院校特别优秀的本科毕业生亦可考虑），病理与病理生理学、生物学、医学检验、临床医学等相关专业优先。 1、综合素质：​ 具备出色的学习能力、主动性和责任心。拥有强烈的客户服务意识，以及优秀的沟通表达与跨部门协调能力。具备良好的分析总结和快速适应能力。 2、职业发展：​ 对医疗器械/诊断行业的临床支持、技术应用及商业运营有浓厚兴趣，渴望通过系统化培养实现快速成长，追求长期职业发展。 3、其他要求：​ 能够适应短期出差安排。
