1. 前沿算法研究与开发：负责计算机视觉（CV）或自然语言处理（NLP）领域前沿算法的跟踪、研究、实现与创新。具体方向包括但不限于：目标检测、跟踪、图像分割、OCR、文本分类、信息抽取、智能问答、大语言模型（LLM）应用等。需要将最新研究成果应用于实际业务场景，推动技术落地。 2. 核心问题攻关与优化：针对业务中的核心挑战，主要是医学方向，设计、开发和验证创新的算法解决方案。持续优化模型的精度、速度、鲁棒性和泛化能力。 3. 技术沉淀与团队赋能：撰写高质量的技术文档和报告，分享研究成果。参与算法规划与设计评审，并帮助团队其他成员成长，进行技术训练。

1. 学历与专业：硕士及以上，不限专业。 2. 专业知识与技能： （具体能力不做硬性要求） - 算法基础：熟练掌握机器学习与深度学习的基本理论和方法。需精通CNN、Transformer等主流网络架构；需深入理解Attention、Transformer、BERT、GPT等模型原理。 - 编程能力：具备优秀的编程能力，熟练掌握Python，并至少精通C/C++中的一种。熟悉Linux开发环境。 - 框架工具：熟练掌握PyTorch、TensorFlow等至少一种主流深度学习框架。熟悉OpenCV等相关算法库。 3. 能力与经验： - 研究能力：具备优秀的问题分析和解决能力，对攻克技术难题充满激情。有较强的算法实现和调优能力。 - 项目经验：拥有相关领域的实际项目研发和落地经验。有在工业视觉检测、自动驾驶感知、大模型应用等具体场景的成功经验者优先。 - 沟通协作：具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，能够与产品、工程等多部门有效合作。
