你将参与： 1.参与电驱动系统、机器人关节模组的结构强度、刚度、模态、疲劳等有限元仿真分析，输出仿真报告并指导结构方案迭代； 2.负责减速器齿轮/齿轴的接触应力、弯曲强度、疲劳寿命、形变与振动仿真校核，配合传动工程师完成齿轴微观修形与参数匹配； 3.参与热-结构耦合、热应力、NVH（噪声振动）**相关的仿真验证，支撑高功率密度一体化关节的散热与减振设计； 4.独立完成仿真几何前处理、网格划分、边界条件与载荷工况定义，保证模型收敛性与结果可信度； 5.建立仿真与实验测试对标（correlation），沉淀材料本构参数、仿真标准流程与规范，推动仿真结果可复现。

1.2027届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，力学（工程力学/固体力学/计算力学）、机械工程、航空航天、车辆工程、材料成型等相关专业。 2.扎实的理论功底，掌握材料力学、弹性力学、振动理论，理解非线性、接触、疲劳等分析原理； 3.熟练使用主流有限元结构仿真软件与前后处理工具，具备完整的建模-求解-后处理经验（区别于三维建模软件）； 4.实践经验：有结构强度、疲劳寿命、模态、多体动力学等方向课题、论文或竞赛经验者优先； 5.加分项：了解仿真对标（correlation）、参数化/拓扑优化、仿真脚本二次开发者优先； 6.素养：逻辑严谨、钻研精神强，能对仿真结果保持批判性思考，具备良好的技术报告撰写能力。
