你将参与： 在团队与业务负责人支持下，参与技术趋势扫描、研究者触达与消费电子战略洞察，把前沿技术信号整理成结构化判断，是团队在「技术情报—研究者网络—战略洞察」之间的储备力量。 该岗位不要求成熟的行业经验，重点看候选人的技术敏感度、信息检索与阅读能力、好奇心，以及「愿意主动接触人、主动查证」的执行意愿。核心目标是通过跟踪论文、专利、学术会议与技术社区，协助触达研究者与专家，并学习运用消费电子战略洞察方法论，把技术信号转化为决策素材。 我们希望候选人具备较强的学习能力、文献阅读能力与文案表达基础，能够用 AI 工具高效完成技术情报整理与研究，并在快速迭代中持续修正自己的判断。 岗位职责 1.技术趋势扫描：协助扫描可穿戴设备、健康监测、传感器、AI 算法等领域的技术前沿，跟踪论文、专利、学术会议、开源项目与技术社区动态，整理技术趋势简报。 2.研究者触达支持：协助识别并触达高校、科研院所的研究者与技术专家，整理专家画像、准备访谈提纲、跟进交流记录，维护研究者/专家网络台账。 3.消费电子战略洞察学习与运用：学习并应用品类战略、竞争格局、技术路线图、用户需求等分析框架，参与品类与竞争洞察的整理与输出。 4.医学产品洞察辅助：协助监测数字疗法、智慧医院、精准医疗、生理信号等细分领域动态，梳理技术演进、市场规模与政策走向。 5.技术情报整合：将论文、专利、访谈、社区等多源技术信号交叉验证，协助形成业务可理解的技术洞察与风险提示。 6.战略研究与决策支持：参与新技术路线、竞品技术布局等专项研究，配合完成文献调研、信息检索与材料撰写。 7.医学事务协助：协助医学事务联络，在医学、算法、技术团队之间整理并转译医学需求与证据。 8.文档与框架沉淀：维护技术洞察方法、研究者触达台账与战略洞察框架的知识文档，用文档、图表澄清信息并沉淀复盘结论。

1.2027届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，电子信息、临床医学、生物医学工程、计算机科学、物理学、材料科学、管理学、经济学或相关专业。 2.具备较强的技术敏感度与信息检索能力，能读懂技术文献、论文与专利，主动查证信息来源。 3.具备较好的文献阅读与研究输出能力，能独立完成清晰、有逻辑的技术洞察简报。 4.具备较强的学习能力与好奇心，能够围绕一个具体技术/行业话题说明自己的理解、信息来源与仍有的疑问。 5.愿意主动接触研究者、专家与外部信息源，具备良好的沟通与跟进能力。 6.愿意使用 AI 工具辅助文献调研、技术情报整理与框架搭建，并能说明使用方法与核验结果。 加分项｜不要求全部具备 1.有智能硬件、可穿戴设备、健康科技、消费电子相关实习、科研或项目经历。 2.有论文、专利、开源项目、技术竞赛或技术社区活跃经历。 3.自发做过行业研究、技术调研、专家访谈或个人研究项目。 4.熟悉消费电子战略洞察方法论（品类战略、技术路线图、竞争格局等）或有相关课程/实践。 5.对医学、健康或消费电子技术有浓厚兴趣，能结合具体话题说明认知来源。 6.阅读并整合英文论文与技术资料。 协作与成长 接到任务时主动明确使用者、业务问题和决策用途。 用文档、图表澄清信息、解释证据与局限，及时反馈信息来源与风险。 主动追问陌生技术问题，能说明自己的学习方法及如何修正判断。 跟进研究者触达与技术判断落地后的复盘，沉淀方法与台账。
