安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1.参与VLM/Omni多模态大模型在智能看护场景理解方向的算法研发，包括家庭环境语义理解、看护画面异常识别、安全风险预警等 2.参与人体活动行为分析与意图识别算法研发，包括行为分类、姿态估计、活动模式分析、意图理解等 3.负责多模态数据集的构建与治理，包括数据采集、标注体系设计、难例挖掘、合成数据生成等 4.参与多模态大模型的训练与优化，融合视觉、音频、文本等多模态信息，提升场景理解与行为分析能力

1.专业背景：计算机、人工智能、电子信息、自动化等相关专业，硕士在读 2.技术基础：熟悉深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow），有计算机视觉项目经验 3.熟悉目标检测、行为识别、场景理解等视觉算法 4.了解多模态大模型（CLIP/ViT/Transformer/LLM等）基本原理 5.有时序建模经验（LSTM/Transformer/3D CNN等）优先 加分项： 1.有智能看护、视频监控、行为分析等相关项目经验 2.有顶会论文发表或竞赛获奖经历 3.个人素质：具备良好的问题分析能力、团队协作精神和自驱力
