Dla naszego Klienta, międzynarodowej firmy produkcyjnej, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Księgowy/Księgowa.

To propozycja dla osoby, która posiada już pierwsze doświadczenie w księgowości i chce rozwijać się w kierunku pełnej księgowości, poznając procesy finansowe firmy produkcyjnej od strony zobowiązań, należności, sprzedaży oraz księgi głównej.

Stanowisko wiąże się również z regularnym kontaktem z klientami wewnętrznymi oraz zagranicznymi partnerami firmy, dlatego ważna jest swobodna komunikacja w języku angielskim.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • bieżąca obsługa i księgowanie dokumentów finansowo-księgowych,
  • udział w procesach związanych z obszarem należności i sprzedaży oraz stopniowe wdrażanie w obszar zobowiązań,
  • weryfikacja poprawności dokumentów oraz właściwego ujęcia operacji księgowych,
  • udział w procesie zamknięcia miesiąca oraz uzgadnianiu kont,
  • wsparcie w zakresie JPK oraz raportowania finansowego,
  • praca w systemie Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central,
  • współpraca z działami Customer Service, logistyki oraz innymi jednostkami organizacji,
  • kontakt z zagranicznymi partnerami i jednostkami firmy, m.in. z Wielkiej Brytanii, Niemiec i Holandii,
  • udział w dalszym rozwoju i porządkowaniu procesów księgowych wraz z rozwojem organizacji.

Czego oczekujemy:

  • min. 3 letniego doświadczenia w księgowości, mile widziane doświadczenie w obszarze AR
  • dobrej, przekrojowej wiedzy z zakresu księgowości, w tym znajomości zasad dekretacji i ewidencji operacji gospodarczych,
  • znajomości podstawowych zagadnień związanych z księgą główną,
  • języka angielskiego umożliwiającego swobodną komunikację mailową i ustną w codziennej pracy,
  • dobrej znajomości MS Excel,
  • dokładności, samodzielności i chęci rozwoju w szerszym zakresie procesów księgowych,
  • otwartości na współpracę z różnymi działami biznesu.

Znajomość Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central będzie dodatkowym atutem, ale nie jest warunkiem koniecznym.
