Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Consultant (Power Platform, ISO 22301)

O projekcie

Celem projektu jest zaprojektowanie, konfiguracja i rozwój rozwiązania opartego na platformie SharePoint oraz usługach Microsoft 365, wspierającego funkcjonowanie Systemu Zarządzania Ciągłością Działania (SZCD), zgodnego z normą ISO 22301.

Rozwiązanie będzie wspierać m.in. zarządzanie dokumentacją, analizę wpływu na działalność biznesową (BIA), prowadzenie rejestru procesów krytycznych, tworzenie planów ciągłości działania oraz zarządzanie testami i raportowanie.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Implementacja i konfiguracja rozwiązania SharePoint / Microsoft 365 zgodnie z wymaganiami biznesowymi i przyjętą architekturą.
  • Konfiguracja witryn SharePoint, repozytoriów dokumentów, formularzy i rejestrów.
  • Tworzenie oraz konfiguracja przepływów pracy (workflow).
  • Implementacja mechanizmów wersjonowania dokumentów i kontroli dostępu.
  • Automatyzacja procesów biznesowych z wykorzystaniem usług Microsoft 365, w tym Power Platform.
  • Integracja wykorzystywanych usług Microsoft 365.
  • Przygotowanie mechanizmów generowania raportów i dashboardów zarządczych.
  • Wsparcie testów, usuwanie wykrytych błędów oraz udział we wdrożeniu rozwiązania.

Wymagania

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego w mowie i piśmie (minimum C2).
  • Doświadczenie w konfiguracji i rozwoju rozwiązań opartych na Microsoft 365, SharePoint lub technologiach równoważnych.
  • Praktyczna znajomość tworzenia formularzy elektronicznych, workflow oraz automatyzacji procesów biznesowych.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z repozytoriami dokumentów, w tym mechanizmami wersjonowania i kontroli dostępu.
  • Doświadczenie w implementacji formularzy, rejestrów lub procesów obiegu dokumentów.
  • Umiejętność tworzenia i konfiguracji raportów, zestawień oraz dashboardów zarządczych.
  • Doświadczenie w konfiguracji lub integracji usług Microsoft 365 wykorzystywanych w procesach biznesowych.
  • Co najmniej jeden certyfikat lub ukończone szkolenie potwierdzające kwalifikacje w obszarze Microsoft 365, SharePoint lub Power Platform.

Dodatkowym atutem będą:

  • Znajomość Power Apps i Power Automate.
  • Certyfikaty lub szkolenia, np.: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals, szkolenia z zakresu SharePoint Online, Power Apps lub Power Automate.
  • Szkolenie lub certyfikat z zakresu ISO 22301 / Business Continuity Management (BCM).
  • Doświadczenie w projektach związanych z zarządzaniem ciągłością działania.
