Wat ga je doen als inspecteur assetmanagement bij Antea Group?

Werken bij Antea Group betekent werken aan projecten die Nederland in beweging én bereikbaar houden. Jij inspecteert civiele kunstwerken (van bruggen en tunnels tot kades en sluizen) en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar concrete adviezen. Je beoordeelt de technische staat (volgens o.a. CUR117 en NEN2767), verwerkt gegevens in beheersystemen en denkt mee over onderhoudsmaatregelen en instandhoudingsstrategieën. Daarnaast stel je meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (MJOP’s) op en adviseer je over beleidskeuzes rondom beheer en onderhoud. Je werkt met moderne tools zoals GBI, digitale inspectiesoftware, rapportage- en tekenprogramma’s. Afhankelijk van je ervaring krijg je meer zelfstandigheid of juist begeleiding van een ervaren collega.

  • Inspecteren van kunstwerken en andere civiele constructies;
  • technische gebreken en risico’s signaleren;
  • werken op verschillende locaties en buiten op pad zijn;
  • gegevens verzamelen, verwerken en analyseren;
  • werken met digitale inspectietools en Smart Solutions;
  • samenwerken met adviseurs, beheerders en andere technische specialisten;
  • bijdragen aan veilige en goed onderhouden infrastructuur.

Met wie werk jij samen?

Je werkt samen met adviseurs, projectleiders en andere technische specialisten binnen het team Assetmanagement. Ook heb je contact met opdrachtgevers, zoals gemeenten, provincies, Rijkswaterstaat en aannemers. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de conditie van civiele constructies goed in beeld is en dat de juiste onderhoudsmaatregelen kunnen worden genomen.

Dit breng jij mee:

  • Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Civiele Techniek;
  • relevante werkervaring in inspectie, infrastructuur, civiele techniek of assetmanagement;
  • technisch inzicht en oog voor detail;
  • je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • je kunt zelfstandig werken en bent niet bang om buiten op locatie te werken;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • je kunt technische bevindingen duidelijk rapporteren;
