Bij Antea Group krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan échte railprojecten. Je loopt mee met ervaren adviseurs, leert hoe complexe vraagstukken worden aangepakt en ontdekt welke rol het beste bij jou past binnen de spoorsector.

Stage rail bij Antea Group

Het spoor is een dynamische omgeving waar techniek, veiligheid, omgeving en uitvoering samenkomen. Tijdens je stage maak je kennis met alle aspecten van railprojecten. Je ondersteunt bij lopende opdrachten, voert analyses uit en denkt mee over oplossingen voor actuele vraagstukken.

Afhankelijk van jouw opleiding, interesses en stagevorm krijg je de ruimte om mee te werken aan projecten of zelfstandig onderzoek uit te voeren. Daarbij word je begeleid door ervaren collega's die je helpen om jouw kennis verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen stageweek is hetzelfde. Je kunt onder andere:

  • meewerken aan rail- en spoorprojecten in verschillende projectfasen;
  • ondersteunen bij technische analyses en onderzoeken;
  • data verzamelen, verwerken en interpreteren;
  • meekijken bij overleggen met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders;
  • bijdragen aan advies- en ontwerpvraagstukken;
  • onderzoek doen naar een actueel railthema voor je afstudeeropdracht;
  • projectlocaties bezoeken om de praktijk van dichtbij te ervaren.

Wat leer je?

Tijdens je stage ontdek je hoe complexe spoorprojecten worden ontwikkeld en uitgevoerd. Je leert hoe adviseurs technische vraagstukken analyseren, belangen afwegen en komen tot uitvoerbare oplossingen.

Daarnaast krijg je inzicht in de samenwerking tussen verschillende disciplines, zoals ontwerpers, constructeurs, omgevingsadviseurs en contractspecialisten. Zo ontwikkel je niet alleen je technische kennis, maar ook je advies- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.

Met wie werk je samen?

Binnen onze adviesgroep Rail werk je samen met enthousiaste collega's uit verschillende vakgebieden. Zij nemen je mee in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en laten zien hoe spoorprojecten in de praktijk tot stand komen.

Daarnaast krijg je inzicht in de samenwerking met partijen zoals ProRail, gemeenten, provincies, vervoerders en aannemers.

Wat vragen we van jou?

Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding in een relevante richting, zoals Civiele Techniek, Built Environment, Technische Bestuurskunde of een vergelijkbare studie.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • affiniteit met spoor, rail of infrastructuur;
  • een leergierige en proactieve instelling;
  • analytisch vermogen;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • enthousiasme om praktijkervaring op te doen.
