Wat ga je doen als risicomanager bij Antea Group?

Van kunstwerken, wegen en OV-lijnen tot logistieke gebiedsontwikkelingen: als risicomanager werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten en programma’s. Stuk voor stuk opgaven waarin verschillende belangen samenkomen en jouw expertise het verschil maakt. Ook ga je aan de slag met projecten die bijdragen aan maatschappelijke doelen, zoals de energietransitie en klimaatadaptatie.

Je zet het risicomanagementproces op, houdt het levend en zorgt dat risico’s niet alleen worden benoemd, maar daadwerkelijk worden beheerst. Je faciliteert risicosessies, beheert het risicodossier en vertaalt uitkomsten naar heldere stuurinformatie. Waar nodig voer je kwantitatieve analyses uit, zoals Monte Carlo-simulaties op kosten en doorlooptijd, en onderbouw je risicoreserveringen. Je begrijpt de doelen en mijlpalen van een project, signaleert wat deze kan bedreigen en adviseert gevraagd én ongevraagd over de beheersing van risico’s. Zo help je projectteams om tijdig onderbouwde keuzes te maken.

Je werkt voor opdrachtgevers als Rijkswaterstaat, waterschappen, provincies, gemeenten en marktpartijen. Samen met specialisten in planning, kosten, scope en systems engineering zorg je dat risicomanagement een integraal onderdeel is van de projectbeheersing.

Met wie werk je samen?

Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, projectpartners en specialisten uit verschillende disciplines. Binnen Antea Group maak je deel uit van de adviesgroep Projectbeheersing. Een team dat groeit in omvang én kennis. Als ervaren risicomanager krijg je de ruimte om daar actief aan bij te dragen. Je spart met collega’s, begeleidt minder ervaren professionals en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het team.

Dit breng jij mee:

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding.
  • Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met risicomanagement in complexe projecten, bij voorkeur binnen de GWW-sector of voor overheidsopdrachtgevers.
  • Kennis van gangbare risicomanagementmethoden, zoals RISMAN.
  • Ervaring met risicoanalysetools, zoals Primavera Risk Analysis.
  • Analytisch inzicht en het vermogen om complexe risico’s te vertalen naar heldere adviezen en stuurinformatie.
  • De communicatieve vaardigheden om risicosessies te leiden en uiteenlopende belanghebbenden bij elkaar te brengen.
  • Een zelfstandige, proactieve houding en het lef om opdrachtgevers ook op onderschatte risico’s aan te spreken.
