Wij zoeken een Financial Controller die fungeert als cruciale schakel tussen lokale accountingteams, centrale finance en externe partners. Een rol waarin je niet alleen uitvoert, maar ook meedenkt, optimaliseert en mee bouwt aan een performant financieel landschap.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol zorg je voor nauwkeurige rapportering, sterke samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders en een vlot financieel afsluitingsproces.

✨ Beheert en controleert de maand- en jaarafsluiting voor een reeks entiteiten binnen de groep.

✨ Coördineert externe audits en zorgt voor tijdige, correcte financiële informatie

✨ Werkt nauw samen met financiële én operationele teams om besluitvorming te versterken

✨ Fungeert als brug tussen accounting en finance voor duidelijke communicatie en afstemming

✨ Ondersteunt managementrapportering (P&L, variance analyses, enz.)

✨ Ondersteunt financiële optimalisatie en integratie van nieuwe systemen en processen

Wie ben jij?

Je bent ambitieus, leergierig en klaar om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Iemand die zelfstandig werkt, maar ook graag connecteert met diverse profielen in de organisatie.

Je beschikt over:

  • ✔ Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Finance, Economie of een gelijkaardig domein
  • ✔ Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring (audit, consulting of controlling = sterke plus)
  • ✔ Een proactieve, kritische en nieuwsgierige mindset
