Elle est un acteur majeur du maintien dans l’emploi et à l’insertion professionnelle de travailleurs en situation de handicap.

APF Entreprises 93, basée à Noisy-le-Sec, est spécialisée dans le SAV de produits électroniques et dans la logistique. Elle fournit également des prestations de services (accueil, assistance informatique, etc.) directement sur les sites de ses clients entreprises basés en Île de France.

Description du poste

Nous recrutons pour l'un nos clients basés à Pantin (93), 1 agent d'accueil.

Les missions sont :

• Relations avec les collaborateurs du site

• Accueil physique et téléphonique

• Réalisation de badges d’accès

Horaires : du lundi au vendredi de 7h30 à 15h30 avec 1h de pause déjeuner

Démarrage : ASAP

Qualifications

Formation : Titulaire d’un diplôme minimum de type CAP/BEP/ BAC

Expérience : 1 an d’expérience en accueil, relation client, vente ou administratif

Compétences : Anglais courant (Niveau B1), bonne élocution, bonne communication écrite, à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques

Qualités : Sens du service, grande adaptabilité aux divers lieux et procédures, bonne mémorisation, bonne présentation, réactif/ve, discrétion, diplomatie

Informations supplémentaires

Contraintes : Travail sur ordinateur et téléphone en continue, position assise prolongée.

Nous vous proposons:

  • Un CDD de 6 mois renouvelable en 35h/semaine
  • 1867,02€ Brut + Prime de mission 3,75€ brut/jour travaillé + 9,40€ net/jour de panier repas
  • Prise en charge de 50% du titre de transport + mutuelle d'entreprise, CSE et accès à Action Logement
