APF Handicap intérim est une entreprise adaptée et une agence d'emploi dédiée aux personnes en situation de handicap, qui propose des missions principalement aux personnes qui possèdent une reconnaissance de travailleur handicapé BOETH/ RQTH et participe ainsi à leur inclus.

Nous recherchons un/une Chef(fe) d'équipe dynamique et expérimenté/e pour rejoindre notre équipe de production à Bruguières. En tant que Chef(fe) d'Equipe au sein de la Direction de Production, vous assurerez la production de l'activité Editique, vous organiserez et coordonnerez au quotidien l'activité de production qui vous est confiée dans le respect des délais et des consignes d'application. Vous partagerez votre expertise technique et métier auprès de vos collègues de travail dont vous êtes le/la référent(e). connaissances du milieu industriel, production sur machines obligatoires + expérience en management d'équipe, périmètre environ 15/20 personnes) - sur le site de BRUGUIERES (31151)

Description du poste

ce poste est destiné à des personnes en situation de handicap; BOETH ou RQTH

Responsabilités :

- Former les techniciens de production aux différents process et techniques de production,

- Organiser opérationnellement les équipes conformément au planning de production,

- Assurer la réalisation et effectuer le suivi de la production quotidienne, - Contrôler le travail effectué (qualité, conformité et cadences),

- Contribuer, d'une façon générale, à la satisfaction des clients et à la bonne image de la société.

- Réaliser les prestations contractuelles dans le respect des délais et des consignes, - Organiser et coordonner au quotidien les activités liées à la production et aux opérations de maintenance,

- Assurer le bon déroulement de la production des clients, - Envoyer les éléments de contrôle, reporting.

- Signifier au plus tôt, toute absence de l'un des membres de son équipe et gérer si besoin la gestion des temps, et tout dysfonctionnement (matériel, logiciel.) pouvant retarder la production,

- Respecter les procédures et normes en vigueur dans l'activité.

Qualifications

Exigences :

- Formation de niveau Bac professionnel technique dans le domaine de la production industrielle ou équivalent ou expérience confirmée de plusieurs années en production

- Expertise métier et compétences en animation d'équipe avérées

- Expérience minimum 2 ans

- Excellente maîtrise des outils de production (logiciel et matériel)

- Capacité d'écoute, d'initiative

- Bon relationnel avec ses collègues et les clients

- Grande rigueur dans le travail, sens de l'organisation et de la planification
