🎯 Aufgabe

Als SDR bei ScalePartners bist du der Growth-Motor für unsere Kunden. Du identifizierst Zielkunden, führst personalisierten Outreach durch und sorgst dafür, dass die Account Executives unserer Kunden mit qualifizierten Meetings versorgt werden.

Deine täglichen Aufgaben:

● Recherche und Qualifizierung relevanter Zielkunden im DACH-Raum

● Strategische Ansprache über E-Mail, LinkedIn und Telefon

● Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von Outreach-Kampagnen

● Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem ScalePartners-Team, um Messaging, Zielgruppen und Prozesse laufend zu verbessern Nutzung unseres modernen Tool-Stacks zur Automatisierung und Performance-Steigerung

👤 Profil

● Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Business Development oder Customer Success – oder du bist ein motivierter Quereinsteiger

● Du hast Drive, bist kommunikationsstark und analytisch denkend

● Du sprichst fließend Deutsch

● Du arbeitest strukturiert, liebst es, Erfolge messbar zu machen, und hast keine Angst vor dem Telefon

● Du hast Lust, mit modernen Tools zu arbeiten und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
