Über die Position

Als (Senior) Consultant (m/w/d) strukturierst du eigenverantwortlich Finanzierungs- und Förderstrategien für wegweisende Technologie- und Infrastrukturvorhaben. Du begleitest innovative, nachhaltige Geschäftsmodelle sowie komplexe Förderprogramme im Transformationsbereich von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen starker Modellierung und solider Strukturierung. Dabei übernimmst du schnell die Führung in der Kommunikation mit Projektträgern, Banken, Ministerien sowie Investoren und entwickelst dich rasant zum strategischen Advisor weiter.

Deine Aufgaben

Analyse & Business Modelling

  • Financial Modelling: Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Validierung integrierter Finanzmodelle für Infrastruktur- und Technologieprojekte (inkl. CAPEX/OPEX, Cashflow-Analysen, KPIs und Szenario-Analysen).
  • Innovationsbewertung: Fundierte Bewertung von Geschäftsmodellen in frühen TRL-Stufen unter Berücksichtigung technologischer, wirtschaftlicher und regulatorischer Faktoren.
  • Strategische Recherche: Steuerung und Auswertung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Technologierecherchen als Entscheidungsgrundlage.

Fördermittel & öffentliche Finanzierung

  • Strukturierung: Strategische Identifikation, Bewertung und maßgeschneiderte Strukturierung von komplexen Infrastrukturförderprogrammen (z. B. GRW, EFRE, IPCEI, InvestEU oder dedizierte Klimaschutz-Förderprogramme).
  • Antragsmanagement: Konzeptionelle Ausarbeitung und Steuerung von anspruchsvollen Förderkonzepten und Antragsunterlagen.
  • Schnittstellenkompetenz: Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Projektträger, Ministerien und regionale Förderstellen sowie strategische Aufbereitung förderfähiger Kostenstrukturen.

Strukturierte Finanzierung

  • Finanzierungsstrukturierung: Konzeption und Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter Finanzierungslösungen für anspruchsvolle Transformations- und Infrastrukturprojekte.
  • Bankability-Analysen: Tiefgehende Prüfung und Optimierung der Finanzierungsfähigkeit innovativer Geschäftsmodelle.

Projekt- und Prozesssteuerung

  • End-to-End-Begleitung: Eigenständige Führung von Finanzierungs- und Förderprozessen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Verhandlungsführung: Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Gesprächen mit Banken, Förderstellen, Venture-Debt-Anbietern und Impact-Investoren.
  • Inhouse-Exzellenz: Erstellung von hochprofessionellen Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationen und Informationsmemoranden für das Top-Management und externe Stakeholder.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 2–4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Investment Banking (z.B. als Analyst / Associate), im Corporate Finance, in der M&A-/Infrastruktur-Beratung oder im komplexen Fördermittelmanagement.
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL, Finance, VWL), des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, des Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Analytische Exzellenz: Stark ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zahlen und komplexe Projektstrukturen; fundierte, praxiserprobte Erfahrung im Financial Modelling (Excel) setzen wir voraus.
  • Stakeholder-Management: Souveränes Auftreten auf Augenhöhe mit Banken, Ministerien, Behörden sowie Investoren und Freude an der eigenverantwortlichen Projektsteuerung.
  • Mindset: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenmotivation, exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und Interesse an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung in Spezialthemen der Energie- und Klimawende.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
