Apollo Health Ventures ist ein Life Science VC welches Biotech Companies in Europa und Nordamerika gründet und in solche investiert. Das Ziel von Apollo und seinen Portfoliounternehmen ist es, Therapeutika gegen altersbedingte Krankheiten und das Altern selbst zu entwickeln. Apollo hilft Wissenschaftlern damit zu verstehen wie und warum wir altern und baut dann Unternehmen rund um diese Forschungserkenntnisse auf. Aktuell suchen wir nach einem enthusiastischen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) mit einem Business Administration Hintergrund, um das Team idealerweise ab 01.11.2026 im Berliner Office zu unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Hilf dem Financial Team mit der Buchhaltung und den operativen Aufgaben von Apollo und unseren Portfoliounternehmen
  • Unterstütze das Team mit der IT Administration
  • Verstärke das Apollo Team bei den täglichen Aufgaben, wie zB beim Office Management und dem Management von externen Service Providern
  • Master oder Bachelor Student:in in Business Administration oder Ähnlichem (mindestens im 3. Semester)
  • Technisches Verständnis und gute IT Kenntnisse sind ein Plus (Office Paket, Windows, iOS)
  • Verfügbarkeit von 8-10h pro Woche für einen Zeitraum von mindestens 12 Monaten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
