En Enertis Applus+ estamos buscando un/a Site Manager para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Ingeniería, reportando directamente a Ricardo Torres, Project Manager del Departamento de Ingeniería Colombia. La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar la supervisión técnica en sitio de proyectos fotovoltaicos utility-scale, líneas de conexión y subestaciones elevadoras, actuando como representante de Enertis ante el cliente y coordinando contratistas y equipos multidisciplinares.

🛠️ ¿Qué vas a hacer?

Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán: Liderar y coordinar equipos de contratistas, subcontratistas y personal técnico en obra. Representar a Enertis ante el cliente y gestionar la comunicación y coordinación diaria. Supervisar integralmente las disciplinas civil, mecánica y eléctrica durante la construcción. Coordinar inspecciones, liberaciones técnicas y procesos de QA/QC. Supervisar procesos de precomisionamiento, comisionamiento, energización y pruebas de aceptación. Realizar seguimiento del cronograma, avances, hitos y posibles desviaciones del proyecto. Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos e interferencias en campo. Gestionar RFI, no conformidades y acciones correctivas. Elaborar informes de avance, riesgos, desviaciones y planes de acción para cliente y dirección de proyecto. Coordinar las interfaces entre los diferentes contratistas y disciplinas. Supervisar la documentación de cierre, Dossier de Calidad, Punch List y planos As-Built. Verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos HSEQ y ambientales en obra.

🎯 ¿Qué estamos buscando?

Buscamos talento, no la perfección. Si crees que puedes aportar al equipo, aunque tu perfil no encaje al 100%, queremos conocerte: Formación en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecánica, Civil o afines. Experiencia sólida en construcción y comisionamiento de proyectos de energías renovables, especialmente plantas fotovoltaicas utility-scale. Experiencia previa como Site Manager, Resident Engineer, Interventor/a o en posiciones similares de supervisión de obra. Conocimientos de plantas fotovoltaicas, subestaciones y líneas de transmisión. Experiencia en coordinación de contratistas EPC y equipos multidisciplinares. Conocimientos de QA/QC, procesos de inspección, liberaciones técnicas y gestión de no conformidades. Experiencia en comisionamiento y puesta en marcha de instalaciones eléctricas. Manejo de herramientas de planificación y seguimiento como MS Project o Primavera P6 y Excel. Capacidad de liderazgo, autonomía, comunicación y resolución de problemas. Inglés intermedio-avanzado para documentación y comunicación técnica. Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% en campo, con movilidad y estancias prolongadas según las necesidades del proyecto.
