En Enertis Applus+ estamos buscando un/a Supervisor/a QA/QC para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Ingeniería, reportando directamente a Ricardo Torres, Project Manager del Departamento de Ingeniería Colombia. La persona seleccionada será responsable de asegurar y controlar la calidad durante la construcción de proyectos fotovoltaicos utility-scale y de su infraestructura eléctrica asociada, incluyendo subestaciones, líneas de transmisión y bahías de conexión.

🛠️ ¿Qué vas a hacer?

Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán: Implementar y mantener el Plan de Calidad del proyecto. Revisar procedimientos constructivos, ITP, PPI, checklists y criterios de aceptación. Coordinar inspecciones, Hold Points, Witness Points y liberaciones técnicas. Supervisar la calidad de trabajos civiles, mecánicos y eléctricos en campo. Inspeccionar estructuras fotovoltaicas, módulos, cableado DC/AC/MT y equipos eléctricos. Supervisar controles de calidad en subestaciones, líneas de transmisión y bahías de conexión. Verificar la recepción, documentación, trazabilidad y conservación de materiales y equipos. Gestionar no conformidades, acciones correctivas, punch lists y su cierre. Verificar que los trabajos cumplen con la ingeniería aprobada, especificaciones y normativa aplicable. Participar en auditorías, reuniones de calidad y actividades de mejora continua. Apoyar procesos de precomisionamiento, comisionamiento, energización y aceptación provisional. Mantener actualizado el Dossier de Calidad y verificar la documentación As-Built. Elaborar informes de calidad e indicadores de seguimiento. Coordinar las actividades de calidad con Site Manager, supervisores de disciplina, HSE, comisionamiento, EPC y subcontratistas.

🎯 ¿Qué estamos buscando?

Formación en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Electrónica, Mecánica, Civil o afines. Experiencia en funciones de QA/QC, inspección, supervisión o aseguramiento de calidad en construcción. Experiencia en proyectos fotovoltaicos utility-scale, infraestructura eléctrica o proyectos energéticos. Conocimientos de Planes de Calidad, ITP/PPI, Hold Points, Witness Points y gestión de NCR. Conocimientos técnicos de obra civil, estructuras fotovoltaicas e instalaciones eléctricas DC/AC/MT. Conocimientos de subestaciones, líneas de transmisión y procesos de inspección y pruebas. Experiencia en trazabilidad documental, materiales, ensayos, calibraciones y liberaciones. Conocimientos de ISO 9001, RETIE, NTC y normativa IEC/IEEE aplicable. Manejo de Excel y herramientas de gestión documental como SharePoint, Aconex o similares. Capacidad de análisis, autonomía, organización y atención al detalle. Comunicación clara y capacidad para gestionar técnicamente la relación con EPC, subcontratistas y fabricantes. Inglés intermedio para documentación técnica y comunicación con fabricantes. Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% en campo, con movilidad y estancias prolongadas según proyecto.
