En Enertis Applus+ estamos buscando un/a Supervisor/a Civil para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Ingeniería, reportando directamente a Ricardo Torres, Project Manager del Departamento de Ingeniería Colombia. La persona seleccionada será responsable de supervisar las obras civiles de proyectos fotovoltaicos utility-scale y de la infraestructura eléctrica asociada, verificando el cumplimiento de la ingeniería, especificaciones, calidad, cronograma y requisitos contractuales. 🛠️ ¿Qué vas a hacer? Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán: Supervisar diariamente las actividades de obra civil en campo. Supervisar movimientos de tierras, excavaciones, rellenos, nivelaciones y compactación. Supervisar cimentaciones de estructuras fotovoltaicas, inversores, transformadores, subestaciones y edificaciones auxiliares. Verificar trabajos de hormigón, acero, formaletas, insertos y tolerancias constructivas. Supervisar vías internas, plataformas, drenajes, obras hidráulicas y control de erosión. Participar en inspecciones, liberaciones técnicas y controles de calidad. Verificar ITP, PPI, Hold Points y documentación asociada a las actividades civiles. Identificar y documentar desviaciones y no conformidades, realizando seguimiento hasta su cierre. Realizar seguimiento de avances y cronograma junto con Planner y Site Manager. Elaborar informes, reportes fotográficos y registros de inspección. Coordinar las interfaces civiles con las disciplinas mecánica, eléctrica, QA/QC, HSE y comisionamiento. Participar en reuniones técnicas con EPC y subcontratistas. Verificar planos As-Built y apoyar la preparación del Dossier de Calidad. Supervisar el cumplimiento de los requisitos HSEQ y ambientales.

🎯 ¿Qué estamos buscando?

Formación en Ingeniería Civil. Experiencia en supervisión civil, construcción o interventoría técnica. Experiencia en proyectos fotovoltaicos o infraestructura energética. Conocimientos de movimientos de tierras, cimentaciones, drenajes, vías y obras hidráulicas. Capacidad para interpretar planos IFC, estudios geotécnicos y documentación técnica. Conocimientos de control de calidad, ITP, PPI, Hold Points y gestión de no conformidades. Conocimientos de normativa y reglamentación aplicable en Colombia, incluyendo RETIE y NTC. Manejo de Excel, Word y PowerPoint y, valorable, MS Project, AutoCAD y plataformas de gestión documental. Capacidad de análisis, autonomía, rigurosidad documental y orientación a la calidad. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y coordinación con clientes, contratistas y equipos multidisciplinares. Inglés intermedio para documentación técnica. Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% en campo, con movilidad y estancias prolongadas según proyecto.
