Запрошуємо до нашої команди HR Manager

Шукаємо HR-менеджера з розвиненими організаційними навичками, високим рівнем самоорганізації та відповідальним підходом до роботи, який вміє будувати доброзичливу комунікацію, проявляє турботу й повагу до людей та сприяє створенню комфортного середовища в команді.

У цій ролі ви будете підтримувати ефективну роботу HR-процесів, супроводжувати співробітників на різних етапах їхнього шляху в компанії та пропонувати практичні ідеї, які допомагають зробити наявні процеси ще зручнішими й ефективнішими.

Що буде у вашій зоні відповідальності:

  • Організація онбордингу та супровід адаптації нових співробітників.
  • Координація та розробка програм бенефітів.
  • Проведення індивідуальних зустрічей (1:1).
  • Організація корпоративних активностей, взаємодія з підрядниками.
  • Замовлення подарунків та мерчу.
  • Організація корпоративного навчання та курсів.
  • Розробка та впровадження проєктів для підтримки співробітників (wellbeing програми, психологічна підтримка тощо).
  • Ведення внутрішніх комунікацій компанії (підготовка дайджестів та новинних постів компанії)
  • Підтримка та розвиток бренду роботодавця
  • Проведення внутрішніх тренінгів

Ми будемо раді познайомитися, якщо ви:

  • Маєте від 2 років досвіду в HR з аналогічними задачами
  • Добре володієте Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ШІ-інструментами
  • Маєте рівень англійської Intermediate+
  • Відповідальні, самоорганізовані та уважні до деталей
  • Любите працювати з людьми, вмієте вибудовувати довірливу комунікацію
  • Проявляєте ініціативу та вмієте доводити задачі до результату
