1、芯片原厂的3A算法方案主导者，或并负责核心算法开发 2、有算法调试工具和仿真工具的设计/开发经验、对3A有深入了解和多年开发经验 3、熟悉芯片平台/手机厂的3A算法原理和做法 【AF方向1-AIPD】 1、对PDAF、CDAF有深入了解和多年开发经验，熟悉各芯片平台/手机厂的AF/PD算法原理和做法。 2、熟悉镜头马达及驱动，熟悉C/C++，熟悉IIR滤波器及调优，熟悉不同类型的sensor的PD原理。 3、参与过模组的选型和决策，了解镜头设计/马达/sensor/结构等方面对AF的影响。 4、有TOF 、多镜头AF同步、镜头卡口、ZOOM AF、M43相机AF、AI AF经验更佳。 【AF方向2-镜头马达控制】 1、镜头马达控制 (VCM / 步进 / SMA ) 闭环算法系统方案的外部规格制定与详细设计 2、镜头马达控制相关通信接口 (I2C / SPI / 卡口协议) 的外部规格制定与详细设计 3、镜头规格与 3A (AF/ AE) 联动开发的详细设计 4、镜头与模组产线调校环节的规格制定、方案设计、性能评测 (丢步检测 / 温漂补偿 / 回程差补偿 / 镜头一致性等) 5、搭建镜头驱动执行器 (actuator) 评测环境, 主导量产问题解决 6、完成上述业务所需软件 / 固件开发实现 【AWB方向】 1、对色彩链路有较深入了解，color shading校正、CCM、3DLUT等模块有深入了解。 2、有色温传感器、多镜头AWB同步、AI AWB经验更佳。 【AE方向】 1、对亮度链路有较深入了解，对LTM、LCE、DRC的等模块有深入了解。 2、有Flicker传感器、多镜头AE同步、AI AE经验更佳。
